Sori Beer Store has been made easy and safe for you to order. Our store is in Tallinn, next to our brewery. We ship your beers quickly and packed well after your order. We ship to most countries inside EU. Please find below answers to most frequently asked questions:
- How does the web shop work?
- Pick and choose your products and take them to the shopping cart. After you have all the goodies you want to order, choose ‘Order’. Fill your contact and shipping details, choose delivery and payment methods and finish the order. Order will be processed in 1-3 days and shipped. Delivery in EU takes usually 4-10 days, depending your location.
- Where do you ship?
- We ship to following EU countries:
- Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Portugal, Romania
- I tried to order to Finland, but there’s no delivery option?
- For orders to Finland, you need to select Finland as the country page from the top menu located next to shopping cart status, in the shop. For legal reasons, pricing is different to Finland with rest of Europe.
- When your customer service is open?
- We work Monday-Friday 9-17 on Estonian time (GMT +2). Best way to contact us is by email: beershop (at) soribrewing.com
- How much are the shipping costs?
- We are using DHL and DPD courier service for shipments in EU. Our webstore calculates the shipping costs automatically and is based on the weight of the order. Shipping cost to most countries in EU is 19.90 € / 10kg, 25.90 / 20kg, 31.90 € / 30 kg. Deliveries to Southern European countries or to UK / Ireland is slightly more expensive.
- How long it takes to ship?
- We process your order in 1-2 working days. We ship using DHL and DPD courier services, that are usually faster and more reliable than local post office service. Delivery time depends on your delivery location. Usually delivery times are 4-10 days from shipment.
- How I can track my order?
- When you order, you will receive three different emails: order confirmation, payment confirmation and after we ship your package, shipping confirmation. From your order confirmation order you can see the process of your order. When the parcel has been shipped, you can track your parcel with a tracking link included in the shipping confirmation email.
- How can I pay my order?
- We accept Visa and Mastercard payments, and direct bank transfer. Visa and Mastercard payments are made through a Maksekeskus.ee payment service, that is the largest online payment service provider in Estonia. This makes sure a secure and trusted payment transaction. You can also pay with a direct bank transfer. In this case we confirm your order when the payment shows on our bank account.
- Is it safe to order?
- Yes, it is. We focus on provide high quality for our customers and pack our parcels into a very strong cardboard box with separators. This can handle even the angrier courier’s treatment.
